  Pleasant place to sit after a fraught shopping experience. There are usually several free tables and chairs as the shop goes quite a long way back. I was there today and was extremely impressed by the excellent, friendly, service from both members of staff who were there at the time. OK, the coffee isn't cheap but you do get a lot for your money - even the 'small size' coffee comes in quite a large mug! There are lots of delicious cakes and pastries too, and I can recommend Starbucks own lovely chocolate bars.

  Absolute disgrace of a place. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Slow service, and unhelpful. Rude woman serving that was unhelpful and rude.
  
  Took 15 mins for my order to come with no sorry or apology.
  
  My 4 shot iced latte tasted like milk with no espresso. I then asked for another drink as it was very weak. No apology and just put another shot of weak espresso in there.
  
  Don't come here if you want to leave with a good mood

  Same as any other Starbucks in the world. Offers a selection of coffee's which are, in my opinion, over priced. The place can often get very crowded making the atmosphere rather loud and annoying.
  Free WiFi is available but if your looking for a quite sit down there are nicer places in The Pines to have a coffee and snack.

  expensive but great for a treat.light airy with comfy seating.very friendly staff at busy times could be faster
